Our spacious, fully equipped, “state-of-the-art” fitness center with unrivaled views of the River Vardar pursue your favorite fitness regime – from cardio to weight training to core strengthening to stretching, certified personal trainers, and a wide range of classes such as Circuit work, core conditioning, body sculpting – while taking in the inspiring lookouts over the green environment.

Cardio 20/20/20

This class offers three segments of different types of cardio, strength and core based formats that can change every week. Each segment will be approximately 20 minutes long. If you are somebody that likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class. Fusing together intensities and different types of exercises create intervals and variations that shock your body into getting more fit!

Cardio Blast

Blast your cardio fitness level through the roof with a full class of the best of any type of cardio training the instructor feels like throwing at you! Some days you may do kickboxing, some days step, some days high/low impact, some days sports conditioning – but bottom line, you will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds every time. Come prepared to sweat, breathe hard and get super fit!

Core Fit

This specialty class allows individuals to train for improvements in everyday real life activities. Through the use of hand weights, real life functional movement patterns such as twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, lunging and squatting are executed in a FUN and creative way. You will walk away feeling more confident and ready to take on daily activities with more energy. Core training, balance and flexibility are all included to create a total well rounded program. Because of the multi- joint movement patterns, you will feel a real "commotion" in your core!

Circuit Training

Circuit training is an excellent boredom buster! Whether you're cycling, running steps, jumping rope, doing squats, planks, or conditioning on the stability ball - your mind won't have time to wander, and your body will turn into a calorie burning machine! All fitness levels welcome.

Cross Training

This class takes the participant through a series of cardio and strength training exercises with relatively brief rest intervals in between. The purpose is to keep the heart rate elevated near the aerobic level without dropping off to ensure fast, dramatic fitness results. Since the program is fast-paced and offers variety, it can be more interesting than a typical class that focuses on only one aspect (cardio or strength).

Tabata

Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.

Core & Abs Express

This class targets the waistline, abs, obliques, lower back and glutes. Combining tradition abs exercises, along with squats, lunges and lower back stretches to help shape, define and shrink the waistline, all while sculpting the beach body you always wanted!

Pure Strength

Work your muscles in every way possible in this class designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories when you work out and at rest. You will use hand weights, plate loaded barbells, tubing and your own body weight to change the shape of your body. No muscle gets neglected in this class!
